- Do research on the nutritive value of the food you eat on a daily basis.
- Discover how much calories a teenager needs in a day to stay healthy and how much calories he/she burns while doing his/ her free time activities, like studying, doing sports, walking and so on.
- Present your findings using Padlet, Linoit or PPT presentation.
