My name is Lucas and I am 16. I live in London in a big house with my parents.

I wake up at seven and I usually get out of bed at around half past seven every morning. I take a shower and have breakfast downstairs in the kitchen. I usually eat cereal and drink a glass of orange juice but sometimes I have a toast with cheese or ham.

Then I pack my bag and go to school. I walk because my school is only 15 minutes' walk in the morning. It is in the centre of London and it is only boys there.

School starts at half past eight and then we have two lessons until quarter past ten.

At a quarter to eleven we have a break for fifteen minutes. Then, from 11 until 12:40 we have two more lessons and then lunchtime.

The school ends at 3:30 and then I go home. I usually relax for an hour. I read or watch television.

My mom comes home at about 5:30 so we usually have dinner at 6:30.

At around 7 I do my homework and chat with my parents.

I go to bed at around 10. I have my swimming practice three times a week from 8 to 10. Then I go to bed quite late, at around 11.
