I have school from Monday to Friday. I always go to school in the morning but sometimes we have extracurricular activities in the afternoon. I love Mondays because I play the violin and we have music lessons that day. My favourite lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays are science and maths. I don't really like PE. I think I'm a little clumsy for sports, so this is why Wednesdays aren’t my favourite days at school. But I like maths, which is right after PE. Thursdays are quite interesting because we also have art and ICT and we sometimes create art works in our ICT classroom using different apps and programmes. The last day of the school week is reserved for foreign languages. We often have Skype lessons with students from France, so we apply what we learn in our French lessons in practice. That's really exciting because this is how I know Julien who is my best online friend from Paris.

There are many special days in Croatia when a lot of people have celebrations. I think that the most important day for our country is Independence Day, which we celebrate on the 8th October. In Croatia, we mark the Anti-Fascist Struggle Day on the 22nd June but also the International Day Against Fascism and Antisemitism on the 9th November. There are a lot of Christians in Croatia. Most of them are Catholics who celebrate Christmas on the 25th December, but there are a lot of Orthodox people, too, who celebrate their Christmas on the 7th January. You can often see Orthodox believers celebrating Christmas with their Catholic friends and vice versa. Isn't that great?
