1 Habitats

Habitats are places where plants and animals live. Match habitats and their description.

- Places that have more rain than deserts but less then forests. Most of the plants here are grasses.

- The driest places on Earth. Sometimes, it doesn’t rain for months or even years.

- These places are wet. Trees grow very high to reach the sunlight.

- More than 70 percent of the continent is covered by water and there is a whole life under it.

- These places are high and cold. The higher you climb, the colder it gets. Many animals live there as well.
