1 The three little pigs I
The three little pigs are brothers and they love each other very much. One day, they decided to build their houses in the forest and be neighbours forever.
The youngest brother is a bit lazy. He has no time because he has a lot of friends and they play all the time. He quickly builds a house of straw.
The middle brother is always tired. He plays computer games all night. He builds a house of wood. Then he goes inside and takes a nap.
The oldest brother is patient and hard-working. He decides to build his house with bricks because he wants it to be big and strong and last a hundred years.
Suddenly, a wolf comes out of the forest. He is hungry and wants to eat the three little pigs. The pigs run and hide in their houses.
2 The Three little pigs II
Listen to the second part of the story. Draw the three pictures again. Do it on a separate piece of paper.
The wolf sees the house of straw. He takes a deep breath. “I'll huff and puff and blow your house down!“ says the wolf. He puffs and the house collapses.
Then he sees the house of wood. “I'll huff and I’ll puff and blow your house down!“ The wolf puffs again and knocks down the house of wood.
The big, bad wolf chases the pigs. They run and quickly hide in their brother's house. The wolf huffs and puffs but nothing happens. The wolf then climbs the chimney and tries to jump into the house. “Wait! I have got an idea!“ says the oldest brother. He lights a fire in the fireplace. “Oh no! My tail!“ cries the wolf. He runs back into the forest. The three little pigs are very happy again.
